However, due to the nature of digital services, certain conditions apply regarding refunds.

Project Initiation

Once a project has been confirmed and work has begun, it requires time, effort, and resources from our team. Therefore, refunds may not be available after a project has started.

Clients are encouraged to discuss project requirements clearly before the start of any work.

Advance Payments

In most cases, an advance payment may be required before starting a project.

This advance payment is generally non-refundable, as it covers initial planning, consultation, and design preparation.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, a partial refund may be considered if the project has not progressed significantly or if both parties mutually agree to discontinue the project.

The refund amount, if applicable, will depend on the work already completed.

Completed Work

Once a project or design has been delivered and approved by the client, refunds will generally not be issued.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and feedback during the project process. Delays or lack of communication from the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.
